Mahila Mahavidyalaya, Karad Ladies Hostel The ladies hostel of the college was constructed with funding by UGC under XI Plan It was inaugurated in August 2011 by the then Vice Chancellor, Shivaji University, Kolhapur, Dr. N. J. Pawar The college received a grant of Rs. 80 lacs (eighty lacs only) from the UGC for the purpose. The hostel is well equipped with all amenities including solar water heater, water purifier etc. The hostel can house up to sixty five (65) students. There is a local managing committee to look after the affairs of the hostel.
